In furtherance to our letter dated June 28, 2023 and July 20, 2023, we inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today has inter-alia: 1. Approved and taken on record the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the first quarter ended June 30, 2023, prepared pursuant to Regulation 33 and 52 of the Listing Regulations. 2. Approved periodical resource mobilisation plan for issuance of securities viz. redeemable non-convertible debentures ('NCDs')/subordinated debentures, bonds on private placement basis in tranches or any other methods of borrowing in onshore/offshore market for the purpose of business of the Company from August 1, 2023 to October 31, 2023.
