This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today, 5th May, 2023, have inter-alia approved the Statement of Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2023 and authorized Mr. Nusli N Wadia, Chairman to sign the results to be submitted to stock exchanges. In this regard, please find enclosed a copy of the said results along with the Audit Reports. Further, pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 33(3)(d) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, it is hereby declared that M/s. Walker Chandiok & Co LLP, Statutory Auditors have issued the Audit Reports for FY 2022-23 with an unmodified opinion.
