Morgan Stanley increases stake in Bharat Financial Inclusion: Morgan Stanley has acquired shares in Bharat Financial Inclusion, increasing their stake from 6.76% to 7.86% of the company's share capital. 

Bharat Financial Inclusion had been trending down since the Maharashtra government announced the formation of a special investigation team (SIT) to look into alleged violations of RBI guidelines by microfinance institutions. The company's shares are down by 44% from their 52 week high.
