Buyback of equity shares: Sasken Communications has said that the Buyback Committee of the Board of Directors has fixed the buyback price for equity shares as Rs. 410. The total consideration for buyback is Rs. 120.04 crore, for a total number of 29,27,879 equity shares. This represents 16.52% of the total issued and paid-up equity share capital of the company as of March 31 2016.
