Dilip Buildcon Limited has received letter of acceptance (LOA) for a new HAM project 'Construction of Four lane Urga-Pathalgaon section NH-130A under Bharatmala Pariyojana' in the state of Chhattisgarh, Order worth Rs. 1955 Crores. In continuation to our announcement dated May 13, 2022 and in accordance with the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are pleased to inform you that the Company has received the letter of acceptance (LOA) on December 16, 2022, from the National Highways Authority of India. The trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company for all insiders, designated persons and their immediate relatives, connected persons, fiduciaries and intermediaries shall be closed till 48 hours from the date the said information generally made available with the public.
