The Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e 14.11.2022 has approved Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the Quarter and Half Year ended 30th September, 2022 and has declared interim dividend of Rs. 6.75 per equity share of face value of Rs. 5/- each i.e.at the rate of 135. % for the Financial Year 2022-23.
