Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the Quarter and Half year ended 30th September, 2022. ii.Borrowing up to Rs. 1000 Crore by way of loans, issuance of bonds, notes, debentures or other securities to banks, financial institutions or other eligible investors. The meeting commenced at 12:15 P.M. and concluded at 1:35 P.M. Further, the Trading Window for dealing in securities shall remain closed until 48 hours from this announcement.
