The Buyback is proposed to be undertaken from the equity shareholders of the Company as on the record date i.e. October 07, 2022 ('Record Date') on a proportionate basis, through the Tender Offer route in accordance with the provisions contained in the Securities and Exchange Board of India (BuyBack of Securities) Regulations, 2018 ('Buyback Regulations') and the Companies Act, 2013 and rules made thereunder (the 'Buyback') (including any statutory modification(s) or re-enactment of the Act or Buy-back Regulations, for the time being in force).
