This is in continuation to the intimations made by the Bank on August 11, 2022, August 12, 2022, August 17, 2022 August 18, 2022 and August 19, 2022 informing about the sale of equity shares of Kilburn Engineering Ltd ("Kilburn"). Post the said sale, the Bank held 6,50,000 Equity shares i.e. 1.89% of the paid-up share capital of Kilburn as on August 19, 2022 closing hour. We now wish to inform you that out of the above-mentioned shares, the Bank has further sold 3,00,000 equity shares representing 0.87% of the paid-up share capital of Kilburn Engineering Ltd.
