The Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on 28th July, 2022 has adopted and taken on record the Quarterly Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) along with Segment wise Revenue, Results, Assets & Liabilities and Limited Review Report of the Company for the Quarter ended June 30, 2022, which please find enclosed in compliance to the provisions of Clause 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Necessary arrangement has been made for publication of the said results in SEBI prescribed format in the newspapers. The meeting commenced at 11.15 a.m. and concluded at 18.15 p.m.
