VA Tech Wabag’s (VA Tech) revenues declined 10.7% YoY to Rs8.9bn due to 10% YoY decline in EPC revenues in Q4FY22. Gross margin expanded 340bps YoY to 23.4%. However, higher overhead costs limited EBITDA margin expansion to 40bps at 8%.
