We would like to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 23rd May 2022 has appointed Mr.P.Eswaramoorthy, M/s.P.Eswaramoorthy and Company, Company Secretaries, (FCS:6510 CP No: 7069) as Secretarial Auditor of the Company to conduct the Secretarial Audit for the financial year 2022-23.
