The Board of Directors of the Company at their Meeting held today i.e., January 6, 2022 took note of completion of sale of HS Business to Investor. Effective January 6, 2022, the HS Business and relevant subsidiaries stand sold/ transferred to Investor. The Board of Directors meeting also considered and approved: 1.
