Mr. Bhupinder Kumar Sawhney, appointed and designated as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company w.e.f. 03.02.2021 in pursuance of compliance of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013. 2. Further, Mr. Chakresh Kumar Jain has resigned from the position of Chief Financial Officer of the Company due to his pre-occupation w.e.f. 03.02.2021.
