ADLABS share price rises almost 4% as the announcement is made about Govt. Of Maharashtra giving Walkwater Properties private Limited (WPPL) the locational clearance for the special township. WPPL is a wholly owned subsidiary of ADLABS Entertainment Limited. The township will be developed on part of the surplus land owned by WPPL adjacent to IMAGICA. The approvals have come under the Special Township Policy 2006/2014 of the Government of Maharashtra. WPPL holds approx. 138 acres of land, of which the approval is granted for 88 acres
