Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI-LODR we wish to inform the Mr. Anil Chandak, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company has resigned from his Office w.e.f from closure of business hours on 31st October, 2020 and the Company is in the process of appointing a suitable candidate to hold the aforesaid Office within the time stipulated under the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI-LODR. The Board places on record the appreciation for the services rendered by Mr. Anil Chandak as CFO and KMP during his tenure with the Company.
