Geometric announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on Apr 01, 2016 has considered and approved the scheme of arrangement and amalgamation amongst Geometric, HCL Technologies and 3DPLM Software Solutions (3DL). Under the transaction, the entire business of Geometric Ltd will be transferred to HCL Tech by way of demerger, except for its 58% share in the joint venture with Dassault Systmes.
