Top gainers of 2017, and the investors who hold them

The last year has been a pretty good one for the Indian stock market. The BSE Sensex overall has risen an impressive 30%, and recovered from some volatility earlier this year. The markets weathered demonetization, the GST rollout, and state elections, still ending the year sharply up, with company performance defying the initial pessimistic assessments post-demonetization.
