The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), in its hearing held on July 06, 2017 have approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of Patel Realty (India) Limited ('the Wholly Owned Subsidiary') with Patel Engineering Limited and their respective shareholders and creditors having appointed date of April 01, 2016. The copy of NCLT order has been filed with Registrar of Companies.
