Arfin India allots 435,000 shares at issue price of Rs. 175 per share
Arfin India, the aluminum company, has allotted 435,000 equity shares of face value Rs. 10 each, at a premium of Rs. 165 per share. The shares were issued on conversion of 435,000 warrants.
After the conversion, the paid-up equity capital for the company has risen from Rs. 3.56 crore to Rs. 4 crore. The company has been trading above its 200 day SMA and has a moderately bullish technical score of 75.8.
