Crisil update on Astra Microwave Products Ltd's Q4FY15 results first cut: Earnings in-line with expectations

Revenues declined 44.5% y-o-y and 27.2% q-o-q to 1 bn. FY15 revenues were up 19.1% y-o-y at 6.2 bn.
EBITDA margin declined by 1160 bps y-o-y and 356 bps q-o-q to 12.4% mainly due to an increase in raw material cost and employee cost as a percentage of net sales.
Interest and financing charges increased 15% y-o-y (down 12.8% q-o-q) to 26 mn.
Adjusted PAT declined ~79% y-o-y and ~56% q-o-q to 56 mn.
As on March 31, 2015, the company had 5.7 bn outstanding, executable in the next 12 to 16 months.
The board of directors have recommended dividend of 1.2 per share.
