Ramky seeks shareholders nod for issue of 12 mn convertible equity warrants

BS ReporterHyderabad, 6 October: Hyderabad-based infrastructure and construction company Ramky Infra Limited will seek shareholder approval for issue of 12 million convertible equity warrants on a preferential basis to investors at an extraordinary general meeting(EGM) scheduled on October 30. The warrant holders will get a similar number of equity shares of face value of Rs 10 at a price of Rs 101 each aggregating to Rs 121.2 crore within 18 months from the date of allotment of warrants if they seek to exercise their right for allotment of the same.The company has proposed to issue 5 million convertible equity warrants to the member of a promoter group and the remaining 7 million equity warrants to three non-promoter investors, namely Aadi Financial Advisors LLP, Bombay Stock Exchange-listed Saraswati Commercial(India) Limited and Ind-Finance and Securities Trust Private Limited.The company shares jumped little over 8 percent to close at Rs 139.65 on Bombay Stock Exchange on...
