Refineries & Petro-Products company PCBL Chemical announced Q4FY25 & FY25 results Q4FY25 Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations: Rs 2,107 crore compared to Rs 1,952 crore during Q4FY24, change 8% YoY. EBITDA: Rs 317 crore compared to Rs 332 crore during Q4FY24. EBITDA margin: 15% for Q4FY25. Profit Before Taxes: Rs 126 crore compared to Rs 149 crore during Q4FY24. Profit After Taxes: Rs 100 crore compared to Rs 111 crore during Q4FY24. FY25 Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations: Rs 8,452 crore compared to Rs 6,457 crore during FY24, change 17% YoY. EBITDA: Rs 1,384 crore compared to Rs 1,074 crore during FY24. EBITDA margin: 16% for FY25. Profit Before Taxes: Rs 577 crore compared to Rs 676 crore during FY24. Carbon Black company PCBL announced Q3FY25 results Financial Highlights: Consolidated revenue from operations increased by 21% YoY to Rs 2,010 crore. while EBITDA increased by 15% YoY to Rs 328 crore. PBT stood at Rs 124 crore in Q3FY25. PCBL reported a 5% YoY growth in sales volume to 1,43,500 MT in Q3FY25 as compared to 1,36,108 MT during Q3FY24. Consolidated EBITDA/MT for Carbon Black for Q3FY25 stood at Rs 19,868. The BoD has declared an interim dividend of Rs 5.5 per equity share. Business Highlights: Specialty Black sales volume decreased 1% to 14,280 MT in Q3FY25 as against 14,435 MT in Q3FY24. Green Power Generation decreased 5% YoY to 161 MU during Q3FY25 with external sales volume of 94 MU. In Q3FY25, Aquapharm Chemicals reported revenue of Rs 328 crore with operational EBITDA of Rs 51 crore. Capacity utilization in Aquapharm is at 70%.
