This is further to our letter dated 9th April, 2018 in respect of the meeting with IIFL Wealth on 10th April, 2018. Discussion in the above Meeting were about company's history, growth over the years, category wise loan, Rights issue, object of issue, capital adequacy, composite of top management, past three quarters financial result etc. which are already available in Annual Report 2016-17, quarterly financial result and Right Issue LOO (Letter of Offer).
