Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI(LODR) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that the NRC in its meeting held on Saturday, 13th April, 2024 had approved the grant of 6,87,257 Stock Options to its eligible employees of the Company under the " ZIM Laboratories Employee Stock Option Scheme (ESOS 2023).
