NHPC LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/08/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve In compliance to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is to inform that a meeting of Board of Directors of the company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 10th August, 2022 to inter-alia consider the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2022. Further, in pursuance to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the 'trading window' for dealing in the securities of Company by designated persons was closed from Thursday, 30th June, 2022 and will remain closed upto 48 hours after the date of declaration of the said Financial Results i.e. upto Friday, 12th August, 2022 (both days inclusive).
