The Notice is also available on the website of the Company i.e., www.neclife.com and website of KFin Technologies Private Limited at https://evoting.kfintech.com. Members whose names appeared in the Register of Members/ List of Beneficial Owners as on the cut-off date i.e., Monday, November 14, 2022, are eligible for the purpose of remote e-voting. The remote e-voting period shall commence on Monday, November 21, 2022, (09: 00 hours) and will end on Tuesday, December 20, 2022, (17: 00 hours). The results of the Postal Ballot will be announced on or before December 22, 2022.
