This is to inform you that pursuant to exercise of stock options held by eligible employees of the Company under Employee Stock Option Scheme 2018 ('ESOS 2018'), the Company has allotted 64,675 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each to such eligible employees on February 3, 2025. Kindly note that out of 64,675 equity shares, 16,500 equity shares have been allotted to Mrs. Shilpa Amit Pai, Senior Management Personnel of the Company. Consequently, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 1,696,189,920/-representing 16,96,18,992 fully paid-up equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each.
