In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, as amended, we wish to inform that the members of the Company passed the Special Resolution through Postal Ballot dated August 05, 2024, approved the appointment of Shri Prem Kumar Swamidas Chandrani (DIN: 10690130) as an Independent Director of the Company for a term of 3 (three) consecutive years commencing from September 10, 2024 upto September 09, 2027.
