This is to inform you that in compliance of the provision of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 ('PIT Regulations') and the Company''s "Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading in Securities by Designated Persons" ("the Code"), the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company for all the Designated Persons including Insiders, as per the Code shall remain closed with effect from March 31, 2025, for the purpose of consideration of the Audited Financial Results, both standalone and consolidated, for the 04th quarter and the financial year ending March 31, 2025, and shall re-open after expiry of 48 hours from the declaration of the aforesaid Financial Results of the Company.
