Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 42 of the SEBI Listing Regulations and further to our letter dated 21st January, 2023, regarding receipt of the certified copy of the order dated 18th January, 2023 passed by Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Jaipur Bench, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in consultation with Modern Polytex Limited has fixed 15th February, 2023 as the 'Record Date' for ascertaining the Shareholders of the Company who would be entitled to receive equity shares of Modern Polytex Limited in accordance with the Scheme. Accordingly, 1 (One) fully paid up equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each of MPL is proposed to be issued and allotted to the eligible shareholders of MIL whose names appear in the register of members as on the 'Record Date', for every 2 (Two) fully paid up equity shares of the face value of Rs. 10/- each, held in the Company.
