This is to inform you that the 30th Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Members of the Company will be held on Monday, 30th September, 2024 at 4.30 p.m. through Video Conferencing ('VC')/ Other Audio-Visual Means ('OAVM') in accordance with the relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Securities and Exchange Board of India. Pursuant to Regulation 30(2) read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III and Regulation 34(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), we are enclosing herewith the Annual Report for the financial year 2023-24 along with the aforesaid Notice of the 30th AGM.
