Considered and approved the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2024. 2. Approved the appointment of M/s. J R Jadafiya & Co., Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 161655W), as Internal Auditors of the Company in accordance with Section 138 of the Companies Act, 2013 with effect from 14th November, 2024.
