In terms of the provisions of Securities & Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, BSE/NSE circulars and in compliance with the terms of Code of Conduct framed there under, the Trading Window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company for all its promoters, directors, other designated employees/ persons and their immediate relatives, shall remain closed from 1st October, 2024 till the end of 48 (Forty-Eight) hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2024.
