Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that, the meeting of Board of Directors of United Van Der Horst Limited ("the Company") held today i.e. 07-02-2025 had approved and declared Interim Dividend of Rs. 1/- per Equity Share on the Equity Shares of the Company for the Financial Year 2024-2025. Further, pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the record date for the purpose of determining the members eligible to receive the interim dividend on Equity Shares for the financial Year 2024-25 is February 13, 2025, replacing previously announced record date of February 11, 2025.
