Mrs. Kiran Singhal, ceased to be an Independent Director w.e.f. close of business hours on March 18, 2025, on completion of her second and final term. Mr. Prateek Singhal has been appointed as an Independent (Non-Executive) Director w.e.f. March 19, 2025, for consecutive 5 years subject to approval of members at the ensuing General Meeting.
