Unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2024 as recommended by the Audit Committee at its meeting held today, i.e. July 29, 2024. A copy of the approved results along with Limited Review Report are enclosed as Annexure-1. ii. Appointment of M/s. JCSS & CO, Chartered Accountants, as Internal Auditor of the Company for the Financial Year 2024-25. The details required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 are given in the Annexure-2. The meeting commenced at 5:30 P.M.
