No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20, notice is hereby given that the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors/ KMP's/ Designated Employees/ Connected Persons of the Company, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's code of conduct for prevention of insider trading from 1st January, 2022 till the expiry of 48 hours from the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on 31st December, 2021.
