With reference to the captioned Rights Issue, we hereby inform you that, pursuant to resolution passed by the Board of Directors of the Company in the Board Meeting held on Tuesday, 10th June, 2025 the date of closure of the captioned Right Issue, which had opened on Monday, 23rd June, 2025 and scheduled to close on Monday, 7th July, 2025 has now been extended by the Company from Monday, 7th July, 2025 to Tuesday, 22nd July, 2025. Additionally, the trading period for the Rights Entitlement ('RE'), which was earlier scheduled to close on 1st July, 2025, have been extended to 16th July, 2025, in order to provide an opportunity to shareholders to exercise their rights in the Rights Issue.
