Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading ) Regulations, 2015 as amended by SEBI ((Prohibition of SEBI Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 read with BSE Circular LIST/ COMP/ 01/2019-20 dated 02nd April, 2019 to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons, the Trading Window for trading in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from 1st April, 2023, Saturday till expiry of 48 hours of the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended 31st March, 2023.
