Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading)(Amendments) Regulations, 2015 read with the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons ,the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors, Officers, Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives with effect from 1st October, 2019 till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2019. The date of meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2019 will be informed in due course. Accordingly, all connected persons/Designated persons are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
