This is to inform you that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company''''s ''Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons'', the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company is being closed for all Directors, Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives on and from 1st April, 2020 and would re-open after expiry of 48 hours from the declaration/ announcement of financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2020 by the Board of Directors of the Company.
