Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are pleased to inform you that the Company has been awarded a tender for supply of Saffron to the Shrinathji Temple, Nathdwara (Rajasthan). Shrinathji is a form of Lord Krishna, manifest as a seven-year-old child (Balakrishna) lifting the Govardhan Hill on his little finger to protect the people of Vrindavan from torrential rains caused by Lord Indra. Shrinathji Temple at Nathdwara holds immense cultural, spiritual and historical significance in India and is one of the most prominent places of worship for devotees of Lord Krishna. The Temple is globally renowned for its devotion, traditions, and rituals, where Saffron is considered sacred and is extensively used in the Shringar (adorning rituals) of Shrinathji, 4 to 5 times a day.
