We herewith write to inform you that pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and BSE Circular LIST /COMP /01/2019- 20 dated 02nd April, 2019 read with the Company''s "Code of Conduct for Internal Procedures and to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders", the Trading window in respect of dealings in the Equity Share of the Company, will remain closed for all the Directors, Designated Persons & their relatives including all insiders and "the connected persons" with the Company, with effect from 30th March, 2023 until 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results by the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2023. The Company shall disseminate the information with respect to the date of the Board Meeting to consider & approve the said Audited Financial Results at appropriate time.
