Andhra Sugars Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 14, 2016, has declared Interim Dividend of Rs. 5/- per equity share on 2,71,07,078 Shares Rs. 10/-each paid up.Further, the Company has fixed March 23, 2016 as a Record Date for the purpose of Interim Dividend.
