It is to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held today has approved : 1. Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Half Year Ended September 30, 2025 under Ind AS; together with a copy of Limited Review Report of our Statutory Auditors. We are attaching herewith a copy of the approved results along with the Limited Review Report of the Auditors. We are also arranging publication of results in newspapers, as per SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015.
