Total Income: Reached Rs 1,351.71 million in Q1FY27, reflecting an increase of 7.52% YoY from Rs 1,257.21 million in Q1FY26, but marked a QoQ decline of 20.51% compared to Rs 1,700.44 million in Q4FY26. Profit for the Period (Net Profit): Reported at Rs 292.77 million in Q1FY27, growing 13.98% YoY from Rs 256.85 million in Q1FY26. Sequentially, the profit dropped by 56.74% QoQ from Rs 676.76 million in Q4FY26. Total Comprehensive Income: Stood at Rs 286.29 million in Q1FY27, an increase of 12.19% YoY compared to Rs 255.19 million in Q1FY26, while showing a QoQ decline of 58.81% from Rs 695.05 million in Q4FY26. Standalone Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations: Reached Rs 1,161.66 million in Q1FY27, demonstrating a robust YoY growth of 26.58% against Rs 917.69 million in Q1FY26. However, it saw a marginal QoQ decline of 0.80% from Rs 1,171.01 million in Q4FY26. Total Income: Stood at Rs 1,176.57 million in Q1FY27, marking a YoY increase of 24.78% from Rs 942.88 million in Q1FY26, and a slight QoQ dip of 0.88% from Rs 1,186.98 million in Q4FY26. Profit for the Period (Net Profit): Recorded at Rs 181.99 million in Q1FY27, reflecting a YoY growth of 36.18% compared to Rs 133.64 million in Q1FY26, but declining by 39.94% QoQ from Rs 303.03 million in Q4FY26. Total Comprehensive Income: Stood at Rs 176.19 million in Q1FY27, rising 32.72% YoY from Rs 132.75 million in Q1FY26, while dropping 44.28% QoQ from Rs 316.20 million in Q4FY26. Business Highlights: Segment-Wise Performance: The Group has identified its business segment as a single primary segment, which is the "design, development, installation and servicing of information technology related resource". The Chief Operating Decision Maker (CODM) evaluates the performance of the Group as one single segment, and therefore, separate segment information has not been disclosed. Stock Exchange Listing: Pursuant to approval granted by the NSE, the equity shares of the Company were listed and admitted to dealings on the Main Board of NSE under the Direct Listing Route with effect from September 04, 2026.
