Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that the Trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall be closed for Designated Persons, their immediate relatives and other insiders of the Company, from 1 July 2025 for the declaration of unaudited financial results (consolidated and standalone) of the Company for the quarter ended 30 June 2025.
