The Register of Members and Shares Transfer Book of Equity Shares of the Company shall remain close from 3rd July, 2024 to 9th July, 2024 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 105th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company schedule to be held on Tuesday, 9th July, 2024.
