This is to inform you that the Company during the FY 2022-23, to be eligible to participate in the tendering process for the work project, the company has formed an SPV with another market player and incorporated M/s Unique UHPC Markolines LLP wherein the Company was holding the 50% (i.e. Rs. 50,000/-) of Capital Contribution. During the FY 2023-24 as a part of strategic planning and requirements of the project a new participant was introduced to the LLP, therefore the Capital Contribution was reduced to 26% (i.e. 26,000/-) which was further reduced to 17% (i.e. 17,000/-) in September 2023. Hence As of date, the Company''s Capital Contribution in the LLP is 17%. The transaction amount involved in the Contribution against the share Capital/ disinvestment was less than 0.1% of the total net worth of the Company and was not considered material and hence no public announcement was made in the past.
